 Berbo strictly adheres to the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point System) production plan.
What is more, Berbo employees are trained (S.V.O. specialist courses for butchers) to pay particular attention to quality and hygiene in the exercise of their duties.

Specially selected meat is bought from EU-approved meat producing companies.
The raw materials are of a specially selected quality and where possible, natural ingredients are used.

The meat is smoked using sawdust that is free of harmful substances like glue.
 
Exclusiveness:

 		 Berbo works with short production lines, in other words, there is always room for the client’s special wishes, for instance, composition, weight and company labels.
